Нет смысла подробно разбирать весь 110-страничный материал, который почти целиком традиционно сводится к обвинениям России. Однако все же выделим несколько особо примечательных моментов:


🔹 Авторы доклада ссылаются на исключительно на украинских официальных лиц и западные источники. В таких условиях ни о какой даже претензии на объективность не может идти и речи.


🔹 Согласно документу, персонал миссии обнаружил «четкие признаки нарушений» Россией международного гуманитарного права. Но при чтении текста создается впечатление, что никаких собственных детальных расследований ОБСЕ фактически не проводило. В частности, при освещении событий в Буче авторы ссылаются лишь на публикации The Guardian, Santa Monica Observer и украинских СМИ.


🔹 Составители материала лишь мельком говорят о преступлениях украинских войск, неприкрыто оправдывая ВСУ. В Великобритании намерены вооружить Одессу противокорабельными ракетами Harpoon.

▪️Судя по всему, речь идет о наземном варианте ракет, которые будут развернуты в составе береговых ракетных комплексов.

▪️Вероятнее всего, к планируемым поставкам британцам придется привлечь кого-то ещё: собственных наземных пусковых установок в Великобритании нет. Из ближайших соседей могла бы быть Румыния, да вот только в Бухаресте планируют получить комплексы Harpoon в 2024 году. Так что наиболее вероятный вариант — это передача установок из США.

▪️Помимо пусковых установок потребуется поставка передвижных радиолокационных станций для целеуказания. Возникает необходимость в подготовленных операторах, чтобы осуществлять эксплуатацию и обслуживание комплексов.
