Алексей Геннадьевич Марков, известный по позывному «Добрый» – один из известнейших командиров Донбасского ополчения, его батальон «Призрак» (ставший легендарным еще в 2014-м при командире Алексее Мозговом) держит позиции на самом «горячем» участке линии фронта. А сейчас крайне успешно наступает и давит сопротивление укронацистов.


Данное интервью, к сожалению, оказалось для него последним – 24 октября 2020 он погиб в автомобильной аварии, спешно возвращаясь из Луганского Генштаба к своим боевым обязанностям.


За последние три года раз десять приходилось бывать у него в штабе и на позициях – и я лично наблюдал его невероятную устремленность и поразительную трудоспособность: погруженный в дела своего подразделения он мог не спать сутками, а завтракать лишь в семь вечера. «Добрый» не смотря на должность командира батальона всегда рвался на передовую, его лишь удерживали постоянные бюрократические проволочки, устраиваемые генштабом ЛНР – он полушутя-полусерьезно говорил, что приходится воевать на два фронта: первый и главный – с тыловым начальством, а уже второй – с реальным противником, украинскими военными, причем на них все чаще не хватает времени. Иногда, чтобы выбраться на боевые позиции ему даже приходилось брать больничный – и тогда он объезжал все позиции. Более того – Алексей не раз лично ползал в разведку прямо под нос к украинцам. Не гнушался и самолично копать окопы и укрепления вместе с бойцами на передовой.


Не хотелось бы показаться пафосным, но Алексей Марков – типичный русский/советский «герой нашего времени»: будучи талантливым айтишником (со знанием девяти языков программирования) – он в совершенстве овладел искусством ведения современной войны: и даже с недоукомплектованным батальоном ему удавалось не раз отражать наступательные атаки многократно превосходящих украинских вооруженных сил.
