But the essence of the failure is not in the lack of resources, but in the fatal mistakes made in the planning of the operation, and the unpreparedness of the armies for real combat operations.


What will mobilization do? More resources, managed by the same people who planned it. At the same time, the training of the mobilized will clearly be inferior. That is, we will simply get more amassments of our troops, with roughly the same result on the bottom line.
