Imports, on the contrary, will increase to $80-90 billion through intensification of "parallel" purchases, stimulated by the government, organization of logistics through third and possibly fourth countries, conclusion of multilateral contracts through private structures and formation of trade unions or temporary agreements within BRICS and EAEU at the inter-country level. As a result, the trade surplus will shrink from $80 billion to $20-30 billion by the end of September.
