While the growth of the number of workers in agriculture that were in arrears can be explained by the seasonal nature of the work, in minerals extraction and logging there is an obvious negative trend. Export-oriented industries, faced with the impossibility to sell through traditional sales channels and as a result with the fall of profitability, are in no hurry to re-orient themselves to the less profitable home market. According to statements by businessmen representing the industry, they are inclined to expect all kinds of support from the government in the form of subsidies for transportation or loans, rather than a drop in their share of profits. As a result, the level of social discontent among workers in these industries is potentially high.
Experts say that systematic and responsible work on the ground can solve the problem of non-payment of wages, but the poor quality of work in this area by individual regional administrations is fraught with additional social tension.

In case the trend worsens, the sums may grow considerably, and negative social consequences may arise without objective reasons, only due to incompetence of individual representatives of the authorities.
6. By types of economic activities there was a sharp redistribution - the number of workers, to whom there were debts, in mining, agriculture and logging, increased since January by 1/3 - from 1750 to 2355 people.

While the growth of the number of workers in agriculture that were in arrears can be explained by the seasonal nature of the work, in minerals extraction and logging there is an obvious negative trend. Export-oriented industries, faced with the impossibility to sell through traditional sales channels and as a result with the fall of profitability, are in no hurry to re-orient themselves to the less profitable home market. According to statements by businessmen representing the industry, they are inclined to expect all kinds of support from the government in the form of subsidies for transportation or loans, rather than a drop in their share of profits. As a result, the level of social discontent among workers in these industries is potentially high.
Experts say that systematic and responsible work on the ground can solve the problem of non-payment of wages, but the poor quality of work in this area by individual regional administrations is fraught with additional social tension.
