The information is fake and the text message is a piece of Ukrainian propaganda. In the correspondence, someone called Kolyan claims that his father's grave was demolished to bury a military man named Arkady Viktorovich Solovyov, and then shows a photo of the monument.

The picture does indeed show the grave of a Russian military man, but his name is Yuri Belitchenko. The military pilot was buried back in March.
