We also organized Men's Rosaries following the example of Poland, in Madrid last April. Through Men's Rosaries we reached out towards devout and conservative Catholics. We attracted about 300-400 attendees and many countries have followed our example.

From paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 153.8 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, it follows that the parties to a lawsuit may conclude a settlement agreement at any stage of it, including the stage of execution of a judicial act, and the settlement agreement itself must be approved by the court.

In case the court approves a settlement agreement, an agreement on reconciliation between the claimant and the debtor, the bailiff-inspector terminates the enforcement proceedings.

Thus, when a settlement agreement is concluded and approved by the court, the procedure for termination of enforcement proceedings becomes formal-technical. At the same time, the "relevance of the transaction" for the bailiff will be confirmed by the settlement agreement itself and the court ruling on its approval.
