In connection with this, various training centers and programs for the rapid education and training of pilots began to be organized. For example, the Novorossiya Coordinating Assistance Center (NACA) alone has already held five such field trainings - for artillerymen, the Rosgvardiya (Berkut), marines, paratroopers and special forces. The army's demand for such training is enormous and growing, but it is difficult to meet it because it lacks trained instructors.

That is why it is now necessary to form an instructor corps, attracting civilian specialists who have experience in piloting drones. The starting point of the process will be a rally of instructors and operators, where it is possible not only to exchange experience, but also to recruit and select project participants.

The idea was supported by the Governor of Novgorod Region. We were given a platform for the rally. The "field" part of the rally will be held in the vicinity of Rurik settlement - the place where Russian statehood emerged in 862, and 20 years later Prince Oleg started his military campaign to Kiev; later such campaigns did Vladimir and Yaroslav (twice).
