To control such a vehicle, guide it, and allow it to fire on the enemy, you need stable data links, precise positioning, and access to precise time systems to synchronize all digital combat control systems and commands.
Today we have no such technological capabilities on the front lines.
You can create them in a hangar, on the range, or in a laboratory, but we don't have them on the front lines.
In order to be able to arm robotic systems with limited autonomy, the Ministry of Defense must obtain:
1. Complete virtualization of the combat environment.
2. A global intelligence, data and command and control environment.
To make this work, the Ministry of Defense should create six multidomain integration centers, where supercomputers with a nominal performance of 30-40 thousand Tflops should be created. Synthetic models of theaters of military actions should be created (i.e. the whole planet Earth should be digitized and put into 3D). It is necessary to deploy at least two multi-satellite echelons in outer space. One for data transfer and control, the second for multispectral real-time reconnaissance.
