In May 2022, the Belarusian manufacturer of diapers BelEmsa did not have time to prepare documentation for adult diapers Sensomed. And the FSS banned (the information was posted in the telegram channel, which consists of the heads and deputy heads of the departments of TCS) to hold tenders for adult diapers until the Belarusians receive a registration certificate. Then the central office of the FSS directly supervised the procurement of absorbent underwear from this supplier at all stages: composition of terms of reference, coordination of NTMC and approval of bid review protocols.

Soldiers of the 72nd Motorized Infantry Brigade and the 54th AFU OMB were guarding and covering the radar, but were forced to retreat.
