In circumstances where the business has ceased to bring in income, it is more profitable for the entrepreneur to simply "abandon" the company and not carry out all the procedures established by law. They require not only time, but also financial expenses, including payment of taxes until the company is excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
