In the end, when the war came suddenly, these same commanders with fishy eyes, not understanding how it all worked, gave all this high-tech novelty to the soldiers, who with no less dumbfounded eyes got it all and threw it away, as unnecessary junk. In the end, when the war came suddenly, these same commanders with fishy eyes, not understanding how it all worked, gave all this high-tech novelty to the soldiers, who with no less dumbfounded eyes got it all and threw it away, as unnecessary junk.
