First, the Khokhlyaks, using typical terrorist tactics, hit a symbol. The Crimean bridge is a symbol that the peninsula is securely sewn into Mother Russia and nothing can tear it away from her. But unlike the previous attacks on the Crimea, this one cannot be called an outrage. And here is why.

Because, secondly, the Crimean bridge these days is primarily military logistics, which supplies our grouping in the Kherson direction. Moreover, both the road branch and, to a greater extent, the railroad branch, which, by all appearances, is also out of service for some time. Against the background of the already bad situation near Kherson, the attack can be seen as the final touch before storming the regional center. Next comes the march on Zaporizhzhia and Crimea.

Third, Kiev is showing the enviable consistency that many (including myself) have been calling for for months. Namely, to push Ukraine into the 18th century, without meaningless reflection on how this will affect the civilian population. Bridges, dams, thermal power plants, traction railway/stations, and other critical infrastructure. Kiev has been methodically and without moral turmoil. We always have some chivalrous excuse. They should not exist in principle if we want to win. And do we want to?

The answer, of course, should not be emotionally spontaneous. But it should not be a one-time action either. Isn't it time to stop pointlessly blowing up barracks, the defeat of which has absolutely no effect - neither tactically nor strategically - on the situation on the front, given the mobility of Ukraine? Let us already fight more wickedly, for real, without excuses about the impossibility of blowing up the bridge through which weapons are coming from the West. Nothing is impossible, the Ukrainians show us.
