It's about another redistribution of the fish market (officially - the bill on the second phase of investment quotas). It was decided to postpone its consideration in the first reading indefinitely.

The Soviet Union has not existed for 30 years, along with it went into oblivion and the command economy.
But the Soviet management style, based on the fact that the bosses know best, lives and, unfortunately, lives on. And the actions of Rosrybolovstvo are a vivid example of this. But maybe the agency will learn a lesson and start consulting with the business community before regulating it.
