Ultimately, the issue is a question of priorities. With the highest priority, Ukraine can receive up to 6 air defense systems (batteries) per year from the EU, but this is unlikely to happen, despite the wishes of Josep Borrell. In case the EU manages to increase the production of its air defense systems, the annual delivery of 2-3 batteries may become a reality. Is that a lot or a little? For the front line, not much. For covering cities - in combination with Patriot deliveries from the U.S., Kiev will become a more difficult target next year, unless we have already started suppressing air defense deep inside the enemy's territory.

With the highest priority, Ukraine can receive up to 6 air defense systems (batteries) per year from the EU, but this is unlikely to happen, despite the wishes of Josep Borrell. In case the EU manages to increase the production of its air defense systems, the annual delivery of 2-3 batteries may become a reality. Is that a lot or a little? For the front line, not much. В отношении молодого человека был составлен административный протокол по ст. 20.3 КРФобАП «Пропаганда либо публичное демонстрирование нацистской атрибутики или символики, либо атрибутики или символики экстремистских организаций, либо иных атрибутики или символики, пропаганда либо публичное демонстрирование которых запрещены федеральными законами».

Накануне, Центральный районный суд г. Кемерово, рассмотрев материалы дела об административном правонарушении признал кемеровчанина виновным, и приговорил его к наказанию в виде штрафа в размере 1 тысячи рублей. Также жителю областного центра было вручено официальное предостережение о недопустимости действий, создающих условия для совершения преступлений и административных правонарушений.
Совершение аналогичного правонарушения приведет к уголовной ответственности по статье 282.4 УК РФ "Неоднократные пропаганда либо публичное демонстрирование нацистской атрибутики или символики, либо атрибутики или символики экстремистских организаций, либо иных атрибутики или символики, пропаганда либо публичное демонстрирование которых запрещены Федеральными законами", с максимальным наказанием в виде лишения свободы сроком на 4 года.
