Мы изучили закрытые данные российской таможенной статистики и посчитали сколько запрещенного санкциями товара попадает в Россию. А также поговорили с логистами, экспедиторами и бизнесменами, о том как работают схемы нелегальных поставок – как для военного, так и для гражданского сектора.

🔹  «Вёрстка» составила список крупнейших импортёров чипов двойного назначения. По меньшей мере 11 из них являются прямыми поставщиками предприятий ВПК, в том числе первые 5 крупнейших.

🔹 Расследование показало, что Россия сумела эффективно обойти основные санкционные запреты. В страну несложно привести почти любые санкционные товары на миллиарды долларов.

🔹 Ключевыми странами реэкспорта стали Китай (отдельно Гонконг), а также ОАЭ и Турция. Важную роль играют государства бывшего СССР - Казахстан, Киргизия, Армения и Узбекистан. Но есть импортеры, которые умудряются ввозить запрещенные товары напрямую из ЕС – Италии, Германии, Эстонии.

🔹 Параллельный импорт –высокоприбыльный бизнес. Обороты ранее никому не известных компаний в 2022 году – после введения санкций против России – выросли на 1000%.

Позавчера, заехали в посёлок N зашли в один из дворов с просьбой набрать воды и куда то пристроить щенка которого нашли на дороге. Ничем не отличителен обычный сельский двор как и у нас в деревнях, в котором в огороде работала бабушка а дедушка то то пилил и прибивал. Дали нам набрать воды, забрали щенка, хотя видно что живут не богато и нуждаются но все же бабушка пригласила зайти в дом на блины (оговорюсь сразу что село на удалении от нуля и лояльное к нам уже давно).  Зашли в дом.....и вот представьте себе запах деревенской избы стариков в котором перемешаны запахи лекарств, трав, быта, бабушкиной стряпни.....все деревенские понимают о чем я говорю так как сам с села. На столе стоят блины.....бабушка растопила масло.....увидел её натруженные работой руки......вспомнил свое детство, бабушку......я чувствую как у меня предательски поднимается комок в горле и что то запершило в глазах....судорожно начинаю искать по карманам сигареты и под предлогом покурить вышел во двор.....и не смог сдержать чувст.....стоял курил и слезы......вырвалось наружу все то что накопилось за несколько дней....смотрю выходит мой товарищ и молча идёт к машине с опущенной головой......нам двоим все было понятно мы дали друг другу пять минут побыть наедине с собой. Отдали все что у нас было с собой из продуктов и вещей.....следующие пол часа ехали молча в полной тишине.....в тот момент готов был отдать многое ради одного момента проснуться у бабушки дома под запах пирожков. Люди, что мы делаем........
