Волонтёра «Немцова моста» Евгения Мищенко обвинили в участии в террористической организации.

Во время задержания ему сломали ребра.

Об этом сообщает «Медиазона»**. Мищенко задержали вечером 11 сентября. Ему вменили участие в «Легионе «Свобода России»*, он признал вину. На суде мужчина заявил, что его избили, у него сломаны рёбра. «Сейчас состояние плохое. Сломаны ребра, грудная клетка. При задержании и в период следственных действий были допущены... Я думаю, это как обычно, всем известно, может происходить», — заявил активист.

В суд, который избирает Мищенко меру пресечения, вызвали скорую помощь. В травмпункте (куда его увезли прямо с заседания) диагностировали, что у него сломаны три ребра. «Он в таком состоянии, что не может адекватно воспринимать», — сказал «Медиазоне» адвокат Николай Фомин.
