Минтранс в очередной раз обещает снять все административные барьеры в малой авиации. Причем на основе американских стандартов для малой авиации CFR 14 Part 135!

Более того, рассматривается вопрос и о существенном упрощении (удешевлении) в области сертификации типа легких и беспилотных воздушных судов.

С одной стороны, подобного рода обещания мы уже видели в 2021 году с совершенно нулевым эффектом в виде ФАП-10 и по другим пунктам плана. С другой стороны в отрасли произошли серьезные кадровые изменения. Верить ли нам новым обещаниям Минтранса?

Стоит отметить, что реализация стандартов США базируется на компетентных FAA и мощных страховых компаниях. В отсутствие таковых в России мы получим такую же дикую аварийность, как в российском легковом такси. Из-за аналогичных проблем в российской стройке был придуман механизм СРО.
