Как пояснил "РГ" вице-президент Российской гостиничной ассоциации Алексей Мусакин, на первом этапе тестового режима идет включение объектов размещения в реестр операторов курортного сбора. Прежде всего это гостиницы, хостелы, гостевые дома.
На втором этапе (предположительно, он начнется с конца этого года) уже приступят к тестированию с гостиницами системы программного обеспечения. Все должно быть четко отработано, чтобы никаких казусов с 1 апреля не было.

В самой схеме курортного сбора пока остаются непонятными некоторые моменты, особенно это касается льготников. Категорий два десятка, но не все четко прописаны. Взять хотя бы участие в спортивных мероприятиях. Как это будет определяться? И вообще - что делать с документальным подтверждением льгот? Не все туристы берут с собой, например, справки об инвалидности (инвалиды входят в льготные категории).
