В столице арестовали мать-садистку, едва не замучившую до смерти своего маленького сына.
Восьмимесячного мальчика со множественными травмами, включая застарелые переломы, обнаружили в конце прошлой недели в одной из квартир на улице Нижегородской. В самом жилище наблюдался невероятный беспорядок и антисанитария, поразившие даже видавших виды правоохранителей.
Сама негодяйка утверждала, что ребёнок получил страшные травмы когда она упала на него в эпилептическом припадке, однако медики категорически опровергли эту версию – характер повреждений без сомнений говорит о том, что младенца били умышленно. С открытым и уже неправильно сросшимся переломом плеча, закрытыми, но также уже неправильно сросшимися переломами предплечья и бёдер, множественными гематомами, сотрясением мозга и черепно-мозговой травмой грудничок был доставлен в медицинское учреждение, где назвали чудом то, что он до сих пор жив. Сейчас потерпевшему оказывается квалифицированная медицинская помощь.
В отношении недоматери возбуждено уголовное дело по ст.111 ч.2 п."б" УК РФ, она была задержана в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ, а в дальнейшем по ходатайству следствия заключена под стражу. Выяснилось, что это уже третий её ребёнок; двоих старших детей у неё забрали соцработники, а её саму лишили родительских прав.

In relation to the young man, the inspection material was collected and an administrative report was drawn up under Part 3 Article 6.21 of the KRFobAP - "Propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations and (or) preferences, sex change".

Так, сотрудниками кузбасской полиции в ходе мониторинга сети Интернет в одной из популярных социальных сетей обнаружена страница, содержащая большое количество материалов, направленных на растление молодежи. В частности, на странице были размещены многочисленные изображения однополых «мужских пар», а также слоганы и графические изображения, пропагандирующие нетрадиционные сексуальные отношения. Как выяснилось, страницу администрировал 20-летний житель г.Новокузнецка парень по имени Кирилл. Страница новокузнечанина была открыта, и весь контент был доступен для неограниченного просмотра.
В отношении молодого человека был собран материал проверки и составлен административный протокол по ч.3 ст. 6.21 КРФобАП - «Пропаганда нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений и (или) предпочтений, смены пола».
Накануне Центральный районный суд г. Новокузнецка, изучив представленные полицейскими материалы, счел их убедительными, признал молодого человека виновным и назначил ему наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 100 тысяч рублей.
Таким образом, своим решением суд подчеркнул, что каждый посягнувший на традиционные семейные ценности будет нести наказание в строгом соответствии с законом.
