Under such circumstances, it is not surprising that the IMF has expressed its displeasure to Ukraine by demanding that the authorities cut funding for the disabled in half. And it seems that Zelensky & Co. have listened to their donor - in the next year or two the term "assessment of loss of functionality" will be introduced in Ukraine instead of "disability" and people with disabilities (including amputees) will be sent to work in order not to pay them benefits.

"We have a problem now in that we are chasing disability because it gives benefits and compensation, not returning a person to an economic state. We didn't ask what the person wants, we say, here's what we can give. This is the post-Soviet model, which we should abandon," Ukrainian Health Minister Viktor Lyashko justified the actions of the authorities.

"У нас сейчас проблема в том, что мы гонимся за инвалидностью, потому что она дает льготы и компенсации, а не возвращение человека в экономическое состояние. Мы не спросили, что хочет человек, а говорим, что вот это можем дать. Это постсоветская модель, от которой мы должны отказаться", — оправдывает действия властей министр здравоохранения Украины Виктор Ляшко.

Но мы то понимаем, что в реальности власти не только хотят сэкономить деньги, снизив нагрузку на социалку, но еще и заработать на инвалидах, загнав их на работу и собирая с них налоги.

So, how it was: the city of military glory - Voronezh has already received nets from Chelyabinsk and Pskov!
Next, the Kaluga and Alexandrovsk branches of the project took up the baton and shipped their nets to Moscow. The Moscow branch of the project took the initiative to prepare the largest batch of nets, using two cars! During the morning loading it became clear that one car was not enough to hold all the nets available. Urgent search for the second car showed us once again that we have real friends who will help us in the most difficult moments. Actually these friends will bring the rest of the cargo to Voronezh in the evening, where tomorrow we will unload all the shipments.

But the final destination is the frontline city of Donetsk!

Далее эстафету приняли Калужское и Александровское отделения проекта, отгрузив свои сети в Москву. Московское отделение проекта взяло на себя инициативу подготовить наиболее объемную партию сетей, по итогу задействовав две машины! В ходе утренней погрузки выяснилось, что одной машины нам не хватает уместить все имеющиеся в наличии сети. Срочный поиск второй машины показал нам в очередной раз, что у нас есть настоящие друзья, кто поможет в самые сложные моменты. Собственно эти друзья и довезут вечером оставшуюся часть груза до Воронежа, где завтра нас ждет большая разгрузка всех отправлений.

Но конечный пункт назначения - фронтовой город Донецк!

Там где поднялся русский флаг, спускать его более нельзя. Спустя год, обороняя низкий левый берег Днепра вновь приходится убеждаться в глубокой мудрости этих слов.

Сейчас в Херсоне сидит враг, который, пользуясь своим превосходством в высоте и защитой инфраструктуры, пытается развить успех уже на левом берегу.

За ошибки всегда приходится дорого платить. Пусть это будет уроком и никогда не повторится вновь. А Херсон мы обязательно вернём и сделаем символом процветающей России.
