The image in the frame does not coincide with the sound, which the creators of the throw-in try to disguise by overlapping the video sequence with a banner with information about the action.
We have recently refuted this kind of dipfake on the example of throw-ins in telegram channels of Kursk region. There, the announcement of the action was "entrusted" to Natalia Bastrikova, the acting Minister of Education and Science of the region. As is the case now, the handwriting of the Central Intelligence Agency, which has the task of undermining confidence in Russian servicemen with the help of such fakes, is clearly visible.

Подобный дипфейк мы опровергали недавно на примере вбросов в телеграм-каналх Курской области. Там анонс акции «доверили» врио министра образования и науки региона Наталье Бастриковой. Как и сейчас, отчетливо прослеживается почерк ЦИПсО, перед которыми стоит задача подорвать доверие к российским военнослужащим с помощью подобных фейков.
