Депутаты Государственной Думы работают над предложениями, которое может существенно улучшить ситуацию с жильем для сотрудников МВД. Об этом рассказал в комментарии "РГ" председатель комитета Госдумы по вопросам собственности, земельным и имущественным отношениям Сергей Гаврилов.
Начиная с 2027 года планируется гарантированно предоставлять квартиры сотрудникам МВД, выходящим на пенсию, заявил он.
Кроме того, по его словам, планируется в течение трех лет обеспечить жильем всех, кто стоит в очереди на единовременную социальную выплату.
"Это, можно сказать, самая существенная мера поддержки, - считает Гаврилов. - Право на нее получают сотрудники, отслужившие в МВД более 10 лет. Размер выплаты рассчитывается индивидуально - учитывается состав семьи, стаж службы и рыночная стоимость жилья в конкретном регионе.
Важно отметить, что получить ЕСВ можно при определенных условиях: например, если у сотрудника вообще нет жилья в собственности, или если на каждого члена семьи приходится менее 15 квадратных метров жилой площади".

Правда: Сайт Брянского молочного комбината, на котором появилась эта новость, был взломан. Представители предприятия отметили, что производят продукцию только из коровьего молока.
«У нас на предприятии нет дефицита молока и масла. Мы прилагаем все усилия для обеспечения стабильности и качества нашей продукции», — подчеркнули они.
Ранее мы опровергли не менее забавный вброс. Для тех, кто пропустил, недавно украинские Telegram-каналы сообщили, что в Россию завезли сливочное масло Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов, произведенное в Незалежной.
