🇺🇸🇰🇷🇯🇵 Военные связи между США, Южной Кореей и Японией продолжают укрепляться. Лидеры трех стран на днях провели встречу, на которой обсуждалось дальнейшее сотрудничество в сфере обороны, в основном направленное на сдерживание Северной Кореи.

В частности, речь на переговорах шла о создании трехстороннего секретариата. Основные задачи такого органа — координация оборонного сотрудничества и обеспечение выполнения обязательств сторон.

🔻Стороны таким образом продолжают закладывать основу для полноценного трехстороннего альянса, направленного на сдерживание угроз не только на Корейском полуострове, но и во всем Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе. Чего стоит упоминание проблемы Южно-Китайского моря в совместном заявлении, выпущенном по итогам недавней встречи.

Создание секретариата является еще одним шагом к институализации партнерства США, Южной Кореи и Японии. Рассматривать его нужно в контексте заключения договора о трехстороннем сотрудничестве летом этого года, которое очерчивает контуры развития оборонных связей, но не является юридически обязательным. То же самое, скорее всего, коснется и деятельности секретариата.

Поэтому деятельность нового органа может быть осложнена сменой политического курса трех сторон. Если про изменение внешней политики Японии и Южной Кореи говорить рано, новый срок президентства Дональда Трампа может внести значительные коррективы в трехстороннее партнерство. И при таком раскладе даже попытки формализовать связи могут оказаться малоэффективными.
